    Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
    a) contacting you to respond to your inquiry (the legal basis for processing the data of the person submitting the inquiry is legitimate interest - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    b) ensuring the fulfillment of your rights (the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
    c) sending future marketing materials related to TimeTax sp. z o.o. services and affiliated companies - if you give additional consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which is expressed by checking the box.
    d) if you want to conclude a contract after our experts have responded to your inquiry (the legal basis for processing your data will be the conclusion and performance of the contract). - art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO)

    Data processing period

    In case a), your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract's conclusion and execution.
    In case b), your personal data will be processed for the statute of limitations related to data processing or in connection with ongoing recruitment processes.

    Data transfer
